Proper maintenance of your new lighting system is just as crucial as the actual installation! All lamps will begin to deteriorate from the very first time they are switched on. Manufacturers are reluctant to guarantee the life of a lamp and luck will have it that an occasional lamp will expire long before the others, so it is better to implement a replacement programme from the outset.

As well as lamp replacement, the reflectors inside each fitting must be kept clean and free of moisture to ensure that correct lighting levels are maintained. When a system is first installed, the fittings are all individually aimed at a particular area of the court or pitch. After a period of time these will have to be readjusted due to vibration and wind movement.
